Sky Sports pundit Alan Smith thinks fans are right to be excited about Jadon Sancho after the 18-year-old's England debut.
Sancho played the final 14 minutes in England's 0-0 draw in Croatia on Friday night, becoming their ninth-youngest debutant in the process.
He came close to setting up a late winner when his cross was palmed out of Ross Barkley's reach by home goalkeeper Dominik Livakovic, less than a year since he was helping England's U17 side to win the World Cup.
Sancho only turned 18 in March but is currently the leading assist provider in Europe's top five leagues, despite starting only one game in the Bundesliga for his club side Borussia Dortmund.
Smith said: "He is so swift and skillful. He had the confidence to take on his man, nice subtly on his cross that caused a lot of problems.
"He looked like he just went out there and enjoyed it. It is not an easy way to make your debut, but he did grab it with both hands.
"I think people rightfully should be excited. Let's not get ahead of ourselves, but he is a young lad with talent, confidence and maybe an old head on young shoulders to handle the situation for England."
