Wolves head coach Nuno Espirito Santo says teams are reluctant to part with key players in January

Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo says the club will take action if a suitable transfer target becomes available while the window is open.
But the head coach says that strengthening the squad in January can be difficult, because the type of players he wants are not readily available.
Wolves have performed with credit on their first season back in the top flight and are in 11th place ahead of a visit from Leicester on Saturday lunchtime, live on Sky Sports.
They have yet to make any additions this transfer window but Nuno has not ruled out completing any deals.
"The transfer window is there," he said. "To bring someone that we find appropriate, it takes a lot of thinking.
"All the names that have been linked to us, it is a guessing game
"The way we work is clear. Me, my staff and the players, we are only focused on the game - and the club is prepared to act, if we think that is the best decision."
Asked why January is a difficult time to make signings, he said: "You just have to think a little bit and you don't have the same numbers of players available.
"From my point of view, it doesn't make sense to bring someone in that you don't find different from what you already have.
"The other point is that the profile you want is not available, because they are doing well in other teams, and normally they don't want to sell
"It is the same as us. If someone comes knocking on our door and asks for some kind of player, the answer will be no.
"We are trying to maintain the core, and other teams have the same approach, so it becomes very hard to make deals during this transfer window."
