Wolves are in talks with Stoke over a possible deal for full-back Moritz Bauer.

Austria international Bauer joined Stoke on a four-and-a-half-year-deal from Rubin Kazan over the summer but fell out of favour under former boss Gary Rowett.

The Swiss-born defender has not featured for the club since September but could make a surprise switch to Molineux on a potential loan deal, despite new Stoke boss Nathan Jones saying on Monday that he "is excited to work with the player".
