Paul Mitchell, RB Leipzig's in-demand head of recruitment, has revealed he will make a decision on his future at the end of the season.
The Englishman is wanted by Manchester United, Arsenal, and Chelsea, according to Sky sources, with all three sides looking to recruit a director of football.
However, Leipzig are understood to have offered him a new deal until 2025 in an effort to stave off interest from the Premier League, and Mitchell acknowledges he has a decision to make.
He told Bild: "I also heard the rumours. But it is clear; I have a contract in Leipzig until 2020.
"I like my job and I am treated very well. There will certainly be a decision in the summer."

Julian Nagelsmann, the Hoffenheim head coach who is joining Leipzig in the summer, is believed to be keen to work with Mitchell.
United want to appoint a director of football before the start of next season, while Arsenal and Chelsea are looking to replace Sven Mislintat and Michael Emenalo respectively.
