Yeovil proposed takeover off as interim boss Neale Marmon leaves club

Yeovil have announced that their proposed takeover is off after they failed to agree terms with the interested party.
The Glovers' relegation to the National League was confirmed with one game to go of the Sky Bet League Two season and they will return to non-league football for the first time since 2003.
But their search for new investment continues, as does the search for a new manager, with interim boss Neale Marmon also leaving Huish Park as a result of the failed takeover bid.
"Yeovil Town FC can confirm that it has not been possible to agree mutually acceptable terms and conditions with Feliciana EFL Limited and Mr. Robert Couhig, so the proposed sale of the club to them will not go ahead," the club said in an official statement.
"The club will continue to seek potential investors whilst concentrating on planning to bounce back from relegation.
"As a consequence, Interim Manager Neale Marmon will depart Huish Park with immediate effect and the club would like to wish Neale all the best for the future.
"The club will now continue the search for a new First Team Manager in order to allow for a successful summer of player retention and recruitment."
