Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers felt his side could have easily taken all three points against Tottenham.
The Swans were the better side throughout at the Liberty Stadium and could comfortably have been ahead before Rafael van der Vaart scored for Spurs on the stroke of half-time.
But Swansea made sure they got something from the game as Scott Sinclair fired home from close-range late on.
"A point was a minimum we deserved, we were absolutely outstanding - were playing against a top team, a Spurs team who are on top of their game, but we dominated the match," Rodgers told Sky Sports.
"We were unfortunate to go behind just before half-time, but I said to the players 'listen we are very much in the game' as I thought some of our inter-play and movement, and speed of game was outstanding.
"So to get the goal was thoroughly deserved and the players were brilliant."
Praise
Rodgers made a number of changes for the game, bringing in the like of Luke Moore and Stephen Dobbie, but he insists he had no qualms about doing it.
"We are very much a group, I said to the players in the summer, what will keep us up is a 25-man group," he said,
"And I trust the players who came in and they deserved that chance - they knew the system and how we play and those players who came in were outstanding.
"It is a great performance, the boys in the middle of the field were up against world class players but we were outstanding - our control and possession was fantastic so to do that against a team that normally plays other teams off the pitch was a mark of how we played."
