Phillips looking to prove a point against Hammers

Stephen Dobbie is delighted to be heading back to Wembley for his third Championship play-off final in as many years. The Scottish midfielder went all the way during a loan spell at Blackpool in 2010, before replicating that success with Swansea last season. He is looking to make it a hat-trick in 2012 after re-joining the Seasiders. Dobbie is looking for his second loan stint to go the same way as the first, with his goal in Wednesday's 2-2 draw with Birmingham seeing Blackpool to a 3-2 aggregate success. He told Sky Sports: "It was nerve-wracking. Since I have been here the boys have put so much work in to get here. It's a fantastic feeling and we are going to Wembley again.

Dream

"It's not much to do with me. Coming here, there is a group of boys that are absolutely fantastic. I am just here to help them achieve their dream." Asked if he agreed to come back because he knew Blackpool were a 'special' side, Dobbie added: "That's why I came back - the manager and I knew most of the players. They have got exciting talent - (Tom) Incey, Matty (Phillips) - and the future is bright." Phillips was also on target against Birmingham, allowing the Seasiders to book a final date with West Ham on 19th May. Blackpool lost 4-0 and 4-1 to the Hammers during the regular season but will be looking to get the better of the capital outfit when it matters most. Phillips said: "We feel we have got a point to prove now. They beat us convincingly over the first two games in the league but we will go there and give a good account of what we have got."
