Brazil international Willian has passed his medical at Tottenham and talks are continuing over a five-year deal, according to Sky sources.Ousted Anzhi Makhachkala boss Rene Meulensteen believes Spurs will have landed "a major trump card" if they can seal a deal for Willian.
