Sky Bet Championship: Reading boss Nigel Adkins focused on Blackpool game

Under-pressure Reading boss Nigel Adkins has urged his side to rise to the "challenge" when they host Blackpool on Saturday.
The Royals have slumped to 17th in the table following Tuesday night's 3-0 defeat at Bournemouth, their sixth game without a win.
Adkins has had to deal with an extensive injury list this season but still has a squad tipped to challenge for promotion and knows he needs to get back to winning ways quickly.
"We've had many adversities all the way through, but we've got to win more games," he said.
"It's results driven, we have to win games. We've got to keep the spirit right, and all we can affect now is the next game.
"You find out more about people when things go against you. We'll reflect on this and get ready for the next one against Blackpool.
"We need to keep our morale high, and I said to the players that we face a challenge now. We need to look in the mirror, take responsibility and embrace the challenge, not wilt away."
Adkins is hopeful Glenn Murray will be fit to face the struggling Seasiders after the on-loan Crystal Palace striker sat out in midweek with a knock.
