It's that time of the week when we test how much attention you paid to the latest round of fixtures with our Premier League rewind quiz.

Matchday eight saw Pep Guardiola's Manchester City fail to win for the second successive league game with a 1-1 draw against Everton at the Etihad, after winning their first six this season.

In contrast, Arsenal won their sixth consecutive league game with a 3-2 win over Swansea to draw level with league leaders City on 19 points - just one goal behind on goal difference.

The Gunners held on against the Swans after Granit Xhaka was sent off for a deliberate foul in the 69th minute, his fourth red card since the start of last season - more than any other player in Europe's top five leagues.

At the other end of the table, Sunderland's 2-0 defeat to Stoke meant the Black Cats became only the second team in top-flight history to not win any of their opening eight games in consecutive seasons - matching Bury's unwanted record from 1905/06.
