Swansea winger wants to keep his spot-kick duties

Luke Moore scored the header that gave Swansea victory over Manchester City and he has thanked Wayne Routledge for the assist. Moore had only been on the pitch for four minutes when he headed in Routledge's inviting cross to seal a shock win in the 83rd minute. "It just hit me, I don't score many headers, so I will take anything but I will have to say thanks to Wayne," he told Sky Sports. "He [manager Brendan Rodgers] just said contribute as always, help your team-mates and today it went well." Scott Sinclair missed his first penalty for the Swans when Joe Hart saved his effort after six minutes having brought down Routledge.

Missed

But the Swansea flyer insists he will not be shying away from taking spot-kicks if he is called upon again. He added: "There were always going to be more chances, but I should have put the penalty away. It happens, I've missed one, but I will carry on until the next game and step up again. "That was my first miss and I should have put it away but I will be stepping up again. "I thought it was a great team performance, we passed the ball around and created loads of chances and it was a great finish from Luke to win the game. "We are on 36 points now and hopefully we can keep moving up and get to that tenth spot."
Concern
City's loss at the Liberty Stadium, coupled with Manchester United's 2-0 win over West Brom at Old Trafford, has seen Sir Alex Ferguson's side return to the summit of the league. However, former Aston Villa starlet Moore insists they are only focused on helping Swansea finish the campaign strongly, rather than influencing the title race. He added: "That's not our concern, we just have to concentrate on ourselves and try and look up the table and see how far we can go. "We have to stay hungry, if we stay hungry, we can keep playing like that."
