Manchester United players mixed with fans at Anfield - and Phil Jones wildly celebrated Wayne Rooney's winner.
Jones, Michael Carrick and Marcos Rojo were all unavailable for the Super Sunday blockbuster with Liverpool but the trio watched the game in the away end - to the surprise and delight of the United following.
Rooney's second-half goal secured a hard-fought 1-0 win for the visitors - and Jones enjoyed it as much as the most die-hard of supporters.
Jones later tweeted the video of him celebrating and wrote: "Brilliant result, well done boys! Our fans are the best! Buzzing!"
Carrick also enjoyed watching with the supporters and wrote on his Twitter feed: "Get in boys!
"Waited a long time to do an away game properly. Nearly thrown down 3 rows when we scored."
Twitter was awash with selfies taken with the United players by fans and the injured trio were not the only big names to brave the chilly weather.
Pop star Olly Murs was also in the crowd, as was England manager Roy Hodgson, as he continues to mull over his squad for Euro 2016.
