Having tasted Champions League glory for the third time in four seasons, Gareth Bale has reiterated his intention to stay at Real Madrid, dealing a blow to Manchester United's hopes of signing him, according to the Daily Mirror.
Despite Bale's intention to stay, there could still be negotiations between Real and United this summer, with Sky Sports' Spanish football expert Guillem Balague claiming Jose Mourinho is willing to sell David de Gea in exchange for striker Alvaro Morata.
Interestingly, Sport have run a story in which Morata's father fails to rule out the chances of his son leaving the Bernabeu.
The Spanish newspaper goes on to claim that, despite being linked with AC Milan, Manchester United have tabled a substantial bid that will see Morata move to Old Trafford.
