Scholes: Gerrard's got the lot
The Manchester United star helped his side to FA Cup success on Saturday but immediately turned his attentions to this summer.
Sven Goran Eriksson's men travel to Portugal looking to final bring home a major trophy for the first time in nearly forty years.
The likes of Scholes, Michael Owen, David Beckham and Sol Campbell will be England's backbone but Scholes believes Gerrard is the main man.
The Reds skipper has been in scintillating form all season at Anfield and virtually carried Gerard Houllier's side into fourth place in The Premiership.
After United boss Sir Alex Ferguson lavished praise on the young Scouser, Scholes has now praised Gerrard saying he can do everything.
"Steven can do anything, he's in the Vieira mould, where he can sit and hold the ball, spray it about and score goals as well," said the United star.
"If there are any weaknesses to his game I've not seen them. Every time I play with him for England I realise what a great player he is.
"And he does it week in, week out for Liverpool."
