Teenage striker Joshua King has returned to Preston on a youth loan from Manchester United.

Teenage striker Joshua King has returned to Preston on a youth loan from Manchester United. The 18-year-old's previous loan expired following North End's clash with Hull earlier this month, but manager Darren Ferguson has opted to bring the Norwegian back to Deepdale until January 4th. The youngster's earlier loan spell at the Championship club was cut short after he suffered an ankle injury. King, who came through the youth ranks at United, scored one goal in nine appearances for the Lilywhites.
