Radamel Falcao is feeling ‘spectacular’ and is ‘very excited’ by the prospect of playing for Manchester United following his deadline day move from Monaco.
The Colombia striker has joined United on a season-long loan after recovering from the knee injury which ruled him out of the World Cup.
He featured as a late substitute in Colombia’s friendly with Brazil and was happy to pull on the national team shirt again in Miami.

Falcao is now hoping to make his United debut against Queens Park Rangers next weekend and he is relishing the prospect of turning out for the Premier League club.
“Because of the injury I felt so nervous, almost like it was my first time with the national team,” Falcao is quoted by several newspapers as saying following his brief run-out against Brazil. “And I expect it will be the same before I play my first game for Manchester United.
“I’m so happy to be back, and I am also happy about being able to join United.
