Chelsea Ladies have made their third acquisition ahead of next season by completing the signing of Scottish teenager Erin Cuthbert from Glasgow City.
The 18-year-old, who has already won two full international caps, has agreed a deal until 2019 and will officially link up with her new club in January when the transfer window opens.
Cuthbert enjoyed a remarkable 2016 after joining Glasgow City from Scottish Women's Premier League rivals Rangers. The midfielder ended the year as title-winning City's top goalscorer and won the league's Player of the Year award.
"This is a very exciting move for me and one which I believe will benefit my career greatly," Cuthbert said.
"I had a fantastic season with Glasgow and want to thank them for everything they did for me but when Chelsea came knocking it felt like something I couldn't turn down.
"I know it is going to be a big step up but I believe in my ability and will give everything to help the team succeed and win trophies."
Cuthbert's signature comes days after Chelsea confirmed the signing of Swiss international Ramona Bachmann from German side Wolfsburg.
The versatile forward has scored 39 international goals in 67 appearances for her country and was named Switzerland's Player of the Year in 2015.
Chelsea announced the signing of Norway captain Maren Mjelde from Avaldsnes IL last month.
