Chelsea players celebrated wildly after a 1-0 victory over West Brom sealed Premier League glory - and boss Antonio Conte was given the bumps!
Michy Batshuayi was the unlikely hero, prodding home the pivotal goal after 82 minutes to break the Baggies' stubborn resistance and secure a second crown in three seasons for the Blues.
Conte, who claimed three Serie A titles as Juventus coach and has sealed the Premier League at the first attempt, leaped into the arms of his staff before racing onto the pitch to celebrate with his players.
The Italian was then hoisted into the air by his players in front of Chelsea's ecstatic travelling fans who chanted "Antonio, Antonio".
