Chelsea midfielder Kyle Scott in talks over Ascoli move

Chelsea are in talks with Ascoli over the transfer of midfielder Kyle Scott to the Serie B side.
The 21-year-old American is currently on loan at Dutch side Telstar, where he has scored twice in 14 appearances.
Scott's contract at Chelsea expires at the end of the season, meaning he is free to discuss a transfer to foreign clubs.
He has made just one appearance for Chelsea, when he came off the bench in a win over Hull in the FA Cup last season.
Scott was born in England, but represents the USA - although he is yet to play for their senior side.
