Paul Merson believes Christian Benteke would be a perfect addition for Chelsea and offer support to Diego Costa.
Merson fees it is important Chelsea bring in a striker and has pinpointed Benteke as the main to the fill the void when Costa is unable to play.
Tim Sherwood’s arrival at Aston Villa has heralded an impressive return to form for the Belgian striker and he could yet help his side win the FA Cup this season.

Merson insists it is imperative Chelsea try and sign Benteke with Loic Remy not up to the required standard to help the club win Premier League titles.
“Benteke ticks all the boxes," he said. "That is the one position they definitely need, especially with Drogba going.
“I don’t think Remy is that good. If you played Remy for 10 games I don’t think they would win the league.
“I think the way Benteke plays he could come in for Costa like-for-like. Does he not go there because he won’t play?
Well, there’s going to be a lot of football matches next season for Chelsea there are going to be four trophies - you have got the Premier League, FA Cup, Capital One Cup and the Champions League.”
