Chelsea full-back Wallace joins Carpi on season-long loan

Serie A new boys Carpi have signed Chelsea full-back Wallace on a season-long loan deal.
The 21-year-old, who joined the Blues from Fluminense in December 2012, has previous experience of Serie A having spent the 2013-14 campaign on loan at Inter Milan.
Wallace failed to make an impact at the San Siro but was more effective as a loanee at Vitesse last season.
He has now opted to try his luck with reigning Serie B champions Carpi.
A statement published on Carpi's official website revealed the top-flight debutants have the option to buy the Brazilian at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
