Which are the most credible Liverpool transfer rumours right now?
Sky Sports has teamed up with Football Whispers to bring you the latest transfer talk as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his squad ahead of the new Premier League season.
Football Whispers have developed a unique algorithm to take all of the transfer rumours from across the globe and calculate the likelihood of them happening.
They track transfer stories and give them a score out of 5.0, with the hottest Whispers closest to 5.0.
Here are the current top three:
1. Mahmoud Dahoud (Borussia Monchengladbach) - 4.4
Several British newspapers have linked Germany U21 international Dahoud with a move to Anfield in the past and he remains top of the Football Whispers list.
Dahoud is an energetic all-round midfield talent, combining a tireless work rate and incisive movement with a broad range of passing and tenacious ball-winning.
Dahoud is under contract until 2018 and Gladbach are adamant that he is going nowhere. His Football Whisper rating has remained at 4.4 since Monday's rumours were revealed.
2. Lucas Moura (PSG) - 3.9
Lucas is still being discussed as a possible transfer to Liverpool and his rating in the Football Whispers charts did not dip below 3.0 in June.
The 23-year-old Brazil winger scored an impressive 13 goals in 32 starts for PSG in all competitions last season and continues to be linked with a move to Anfield.
3. Gabriel Mercado (River Plate) - 3.3
Argentinian Mercado sneaks into the top three on Tuesday, and was set to be on his way to Liga MX champions Monterrey, but the deal struck with the Mexican outfit was 'dissolved' after the defender 'broke' the agreement.
While that's not the best news for Monterrey, it's great for Jurgen Klopp and Liverpool who are reportedly in the chase for his services with Football Whispers giving the rumour a 3.3 rating.
