Sky Sports has teamed up with Football Whispers to bring you the latest transfer talk as Jurgen Klopp looks to strengthen his squad ahead of the new Premier League season.
Football Whispers have developed a unique algorithm to take all of the transfer rumours from across the globe and calculate the likelihood of them happening.

1. Lucas Moura (PSG) - 3.7
After seeing his rating in the Football Whispers charts dip below 3.0 for the first time in five weeks, Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura has shot to the top of Liverpool's rumoured targets, as a possible transfer continues to be discussed.
The 23-year-old Brazilian scored an impressive 13 goals in 32 starts for PSG in all competitions last season and continues to be linked with a move to Anfield.
2. Mahmoud Dahoud (Borussia Monchengladbach) - 3.6
Several British newspapers have linked German U21 international Dahoud with a move to Anfield in the past few months, and he has been a consistent presence in the Football Whispers chart.
Dahoud is an energetic all-round midfield talent, combining tireless work rate and incisive movement with a broad range of passing and tenacious ball-winning.
But Dahoud is under contract until 2018, and Gladbach are adamant that he is going nowhere.
3. Mario Gotze (Bayern Munich) - 2.0
There could be a football reunion on the cards as Gotze is linked with a move Anfield according to Transfer Whispers and another spell with Jurgen Klopp who he played under at Borussia Dortmund.
At the age of 24, the World Cup winner is just hitting his prime and could be a brilliant addition to the Reds squad, after Gotze has found chances to shine at Bayern Munich hard to come by with the likes of Arjen Robben, Franck Ribery and Thomas Muller ahead of him in the pecking order.
