Goals from Divock Origi and Philippe Coutinho helped Liverpool to a 2-0 win over HJK Helsinki in Finland.

After a goalless first half, a strong Liverpool side finally took the lead with less than 20 minutes remaining as Origi powered a shot home from close range after James Milner had flicked Jordon Ibe's cross into his path.

Milner was involved in the second shortly afterwards as well, playing a ball into Coutinho who took a touch before firing a shot through a crowd of players into the top corner after a slight deflection.

Another Liverpool XI, including new signings Christian Benteke and Roberto Firmino are in action against Swindon on Sunday in the Reds' last outing before the start of the Premier League season.
