We look at Jack Wilshere's next options after he announced his decision to leave Arsenal following 17 years at the club.
Wilshere's statement came on the back of 20 Premier League appearances last season which included one goal and three assists, and the 26-year old is expected to be in demand this summer.
While it remains to be seen whether Wilshere will stay in England or move elsewhere, we look to Sky Bet's odds to see where he might take his services next…
Fenerbahce (11/10 with Sky Bet)
The shock front-runners for Wilshere's signature are Fenerbahce. A potential move was reportedly close in 2017 and never materialised, but Sky Bet have seen the price being backed into favourites from 20/1 at the start of the week, with punters expecting the Turkish side to reignite their interest this summer.
The Super Lig runners-up could offer Wilshere the opportunity to compete in Champions League football again, provided they make it through the preliminary rounds.
Crystal Palace (7/2 with Sky Bet)
Roy Hodgson made no secret of his admiration of the dynamic midfielder while in charge of England, and could offer the central midfielder the chance to stay in the capital.
The former national boss raved about Wilshere's "outstanding talent" and demonstrated his appreciation by picking him in his Euro 2016 squad despite making only a handful of appearances that year. With Wilshere now available on a free transfer, Hodgson has the opportunity to show further faith in the midfielder's talents by bringing him to Selhurst Park.
West Ham (4/1 with Sky Bet)
The controversial stadium move, a string of managerial changes and questionable signings has led to some discontent among the Hammers faithful, but the signing of Wilshere from their London rivals could appease some frustrations.
Everton (8/1 with Sky Bet)
Wilshere might be seen as the ideal addition to aid the Marco Silva transition. Merseyside would mean a relocation for Wilshere, but would be less drastic than other European options, and could provide the perfect platform to relaunch his career.
Wolves (12/1 with Sky Bet)
Wilshere is looking for a new challenge, and helping a newly promoted side to thrive in the Premier League would represent the opportunity to silence his critics.
Other options:
Bournemouth (16/1) are next in the running, and could be a preferred destination after the midfielder enjoyed a successful spell on loan there during the 2016/17 season that saw him regain form and fitness. Newcastle (18/1) and Southampton (20/1) provide other Premier League options, whilst an Italian adventure to Juventus is at 25/1.
