Celta Vigo has reached a season-long loan agreement with Arsenal for left-back Pedro Botelho.
The 19-year-old Brazilian is currently unable to play for Arsene Wenger's Gunners as he still requires an English work permit.
Botelho has spent much of the past two seasons on loan with Salamanca, although his second stint was cut short.
The teenager is now due to arrive in Spain on Monday to undergo a routine medical and sign his contract.
Arsenal now hope Botelho will gain more experience in the Segunda Division as he moves closer to qualifying for a Spanish passport.
