Agent rules out France return for unsettled Gunners striker
Marouane Chamakh's agent has played down talk that the striker could leave Arsenal in January.
The Moroccan recently admitted he would consider his future at the Emirates after growing increasingly frustrated with his lack of first-team football.
Chamakh has started just one Premier League game this term and he has been tipped to leave when the transfer window reopens next month.
Bordeaux have been credited with an interest in bringing Chamakh back to the club in the New Year
However, Chamakh's agent Pierre Frelot claims the player has no interest in moving back to France and will see out the season at least with Arsenal.
"His short-term goal is the African Cup of Nations with Morocco, and then to finish the season at Arsenal," Frelot told Sud-Ouest.
"Then there will be an important choice to make, but he does not intend to return to France."
