Chairman says concrete English offer for M'Vila
Rennes chairman Frederic de Saint-Serni has claimed that French star Yann M'Vila has now received a 'concrete' offer from England.
Arsenal have been leading the chase for the midfielder, but manager Arsene Wenger admitted last month he had backed away from a deal.
More recently reports have claimed that rivals Tottenham Hotspur could be about to mount a rival offer.
Speaking after Rennes opening game of the season on Saturday, a 1-0 defeat to Lyon which M'Vila played the whole 90 minutes, de Saint-Serni revealed the offer.
"He has a concrete offer from England," Saint-Sernin told
Canal+, without revealing who from.
