Roberto Martinez says Everton need to convert performances into points

A disappointed Roberto Martinez says Everton must start converting performances into points after watching his team draw 1-1 at Norwich.
The Toffees went ahead through Romelu Lukaku after 15 minutes but were left to rue missing a string of first-half chances as they were pegged back to draw 1-1.
Wes Hoolahan's second-half equaliser means Everton have kept just one clean sheet in their last ten Premier League games.
Martinez admitted afterwards that statistic is a concern and says the team must start turning good performances into points.
"I would swap any record just to try to keep a clean sheet," Martinez said. "As a team we know we've got incredible individuals. Probably some of the best young players in European football.
"What we need to do is become a team that can control games and make sure we finish with a win, rather than just performing well and dropping points.
"Overall the performance leaves you with a feeling of disappointment, because that should have been a three-point performance."
Lukaku's goal meant he becomes the first Everton player to score for a seventh successive game in 40 years though he will be disappointed not to have added a second.
The Belgian striker was among those guilty of squandering scoring opportunities but Martinez was pleased with his performance and is confident the goals will continue flowing for the 22-year-old.
"That's where you judge a striker. It's the amount of threat that he carries," Martinez said.
"I thought the clear-cut chances he produced is a very positive sign. On another day he would have scored four goals, or a hat-trick.
"It's been another top performance from him. It's just making sure he keeps creating chances, because it's very rare that he's not going to convert more than the one he did today."
