Bolton failed to score for the first time in 11 League One games, sharing a 0-0 stalemate with Doncaster.

This was Bolton's fifth draw in seven games and 15th of the season, further hampering their chances of closing the gap on top two Lincoln and Cardiff.
Rovers, three points above the drop zone, have not won at Bolton since 1987 and managed only one shot on target.
