Portsmouth have resolved their contractual issues with Tal Ben Haim and he is now clear to resume playing duties.
The Israel international was frozen out of the first-team picture at Fratton Park last season after returning from a loan spell at West Ham.
He claimed Pompey owed him £1.4million in unpaid wages and saw his career put on hold while the dispute dragged on.
His case was set to go to a Football League hearing later this month, but Pompey have instead reached an agreement with Ben Haim which is acceptable to all concerned.

With the matter put to one side, Pompey boss Steve Cotterill is now in a position to pick Ben Haim once again.
He appeared as a substitute in Monday night's 4-0 friendly win over Havant & Waterlooville and will now fly to America with the rest of the squad on Sunday for their pre-season training camp.

The News: "At this moment in time, Tal is going to be available to play. He will also be going to America.
"I think an agreement has been struck over monies that Tal has been owed. That's another important deal the (new) owners have sorted out. Hopefully now we have got a good player."
