Mauricio Pochettino disappointed with Tottenham draw at West Brom

Mauricio Pochettino said it was two points dropped for Tottenham as they were held to a 1-1 draw at West Brom.
Spurs started the day knowing a win could have moved them into the top four depending on other results and with Manchester United and Manchester City both dropping points, the head coach was left to reflect on a missed opportunity.
James McClean's equaliser just before half-time denied Spurs after Dele Alli had given them an early lead and while the north Londoners unbeaten Premier League run now stretches to 14 games, Pochettino was left disappointed.
"I'm not satisfied," Pochettino told Sky Sports. "The effort was brilliant, but the feeling is that we dropped two points.
"It was a very difficult game with the (windy) conditions and the way they played. I am happy with the effort and we showed good solidarity… But now we need to keep working and look forward."
Goalscorer Alli was back in the starting line-up after suspension and echoed the thoughts of Pochettino after a third draw in the last four Premier League games.
"We are disappointed," admitted Alli. "But we have to pick ourselves up and there are a lot of positives for us.
"West Brom made it hard for, they were really up for the fight and you have to give them credit."
Asked about Spurs being talked about as potential title contenders, Alli added: "We are not going to get too carried away, we just have to keep doing what we are doing."
