Mauricio Pochettino said Tottenham will keep their key players after they thrashed Leicester 6-1 on Thursday.
Harry Kane scored four times in the rout to go top of the Premier League scoring charts while Heung-Min Son netted twice.
There have been reports that clubs in the Premier League and around Europe are interested in Kane, along with the likes of Dele Alli and Toby Alderweireld.
But Spurs boss Pochettino told Sky Sports: "It's very clear that we will keep the players we want to keep, and maybe we will sell players we want to sell.
"We are so calm about our key players and they are very happy here. We are building a very exciting project and there is no reason for players like Harry to leave.
"The team has worked so hard in the last few seasons to play how we play and now it's the moment.
"Every season we try to improve, and next season and the season after when we move to the new stadium we want to not only try to keep the performance but also win trophies. This group of players deserves trophies."
Spurs' win over Leicester was their 25th victory of the Premier League season and moves them to 83 points.
Kane, meanwhile, is now two goals ahead of Romelu Lukaku at the top of the scoring charts with one round of matches left to play.
"It's fantastic for him," said Pochettino. "It's a season that again he is fighting to try to be top scorer and four goals was very good for him.
"What can we say? He is great, one of the best strikers in the world and now we try to keep going and he tries to finish in the best way and then we look forward to next season."
Reflecting on Spurs' display at the King Power Stadium, Pochettino added: "I was very happy with the performance and attitude, which was fantastic.
"The only way to improve our mentality and create that feeling to always win is try to always play in that way, then you can lose because it's football, but with this attitude you can achieve everything you want."
