Monaco are in advanced talks with Tottenham over a loan deal for Georges-Kevin N'Koudou, Sky Sports News understands.
St Etienne have also been interested in the 23-year-old winger, who has struggled for game time at Spurs, while Besiktas had an earlier approach knocked back.
N'Koudou recently impressed as a substitute in the win at Fulham, setting up Harry Winks for a stoppage-time winner.
He started in the FA Cup defeat at Crystal Palace but is still being allowed to leave the north London club along with Vincent Janssen, who is in talks over a loan move to Real Betis.
N'Koudou started his senior career at Nantes before joining Marseille, where he spent the 2015-16 season.
He joined Tottenham for £11m in 2016, and spent the second half of last season on loan at Burnley.
