Blackburn have not received any further bids from West Brom for Bradley Dack, Sky Sports News understands.
Reports had suggested the Midlands club had raised their offer to £20m following three failed bids in the summer for the 24-year-old, but Blackburn confirmed this not to be the case.
West Brom had a succession of bids at £5m. £10m and £15m turned down but are thought to still be interested in signing the player who has scored eight goals so far this season.
However, we understand Rovers are adamant Dack is not for sale.
Meanwhile, Blackburn manager Tony Mowbray and chief executive Steve Waggott will travel to India next month to discuss an improved deal for the Rovers boss.
They will meet with the owners Venky's to discuss arrangements for the January transfer window also.
