Baggio impresses Blackburn boss
GRAEME SOUNESS has admitted Dino Baggio has made a good impression during his trial at Blackburn Rovers.
The Ewood Park boss has had the former Italian international training with the club this week with a view to a possible permanent move.
"He has been very impressive in training, even though he is not match fit," explained Souness.
"He was 'binned' by Lazio and has been training on his own. No matter how good you are at that, you're bound to lose sharpness."
He added: "He is clearly a quality player and I will look at the situation and make a decision next week."
Baggio was linked with Wolves in the close season but decided against a move to Molineux after talks with the Midlands club.
