Millers land another Rover

Rotherham have brought in another player on loan from Blackburn in the shape of Marcus Marshall.

Marshall follows Gunning to League Two club

Rotherham United have brought in another player on loan from Blackburn Rovers in the shape of Marcus Marshall. The League Two club signed Gavin Gunning on Friday and have now added winger Marshall to their squad for the next month. Marshall has made just one first-team appearance for Blackburn, coming on as a substitute against Grimsby Town in the Carling Cup last season. He will provide cover on the flanks for the Millers, with Paul Warne and Andy Liddle currently struggling with knocks. "Marcus is a bright young lad who has had an excellent grounding at Blackburn Rovers," chief operating officer Paul Douglas told the club's official website. "He will come in to provide much needed cover with both Paul Warne and Andy Liddell currently out of action with injury."
