Aston Villa striker Andreas Weimann has joined Watford on loan until the end of the season.
The Austrian youngster made his Premier League debut for the club in August, but a serious ankle injury sustained against former club Rapid Vienna in the Europa League has hindered his progress.
He did return however to good effect with two goals in Villa reserves' 10-1 hammering of Arsenal earlier in January and moves to Vicarage Road to gain first-team football.
He joins a side faring well in the Championship, with the Hornets sat in sixth position and boss Malky Mackay keen to see the 19-year-old make a positive impact.
