Premier League: Hatem Ben Arfa wants Alan Pardew to stay at Newcastle United

Hatem Ben Arfa believes Newcastle should have faith in manager Alan Pardew, even though he has been loaned to Hull City.
Pardew has come under pressure in recent weeks following the Magpies’ disappointing start to the 2014/15 season.
Pardew’s side are currently at the foot of the Premier League table with just three points from five matches.
Fans have called for the Englishman to be sacked, but Ben Arfa, who is on a season-long loan deal at Hull City, hopes that Pardew remains the Newcastle boss.
“I do not blame him (Alan Pardew), I do not want him fired, the important thing is to develop myself,” the France international is quoted as saying in the Evening Chronicle.
Ben Arfa is focusing on his loan spell with Hull and he is hoping to help the club enjoy a successful season under Steve Bruce.
He said: “It was the last five minutes of the transfer window when I arrived (at Hull), the coach (Steve Bruce) has built something interesting and I think we can expect to be in the top 10.”
Ben Arfa was ineligible to face Newcastle when Hull visited St James' Park last weekend, but he made the trip to the ground and was delighted with the reception he was given by fans.
He said: “It really touched me, it made me happy, it was weird though being back there as a visitor.”
