City youngster poised for Shrews switch

Skysports.com understands Shrewsbury Town are set to secure Manchester City midfielder Andrew Tutte on loan. The 20-year-old spent a spell on loan at Rochdale earlier in the season but was recalled by the Premier League giants last month. Liverpool-born Tutte, an England Under-20 international, made nine appearances for Dale but is now set to drop down to League Two to link up with the Shrews. Town are currently fourth in the table and manager Graham Turner is keen to keep competition for places strong with the addition of another midfielder. Turner's men will look to climb further up the league when they take on Accrington Stanley on Saturday.
