Defender Dan Burn has confirmed he is leaving Fulham when his contract expires next month.
The 23-year-old centre-back has played 35 times this term for the Championship club, who narrowly avoided relegation to League One.
The Whites conceded the third-most goals in the division this season - 79 - but Burn played as they kept a rare clean sheet in the 1-0 win over Bolton on the final day of the season.
On Sunday, Burn announced on Twitter: "I played my last game for Fulham yesterday, had five great years there and met some amazing people.
"I wish all the lads, the club and the staff all the very best in whatever they do. Thanks for the memories."
Burn, who joined from Darlington in 2011 and had loan spells at Yeovil and Birmingham, was the subject of a move from Sheffield United in the January transfer window that was rejected by Fulham.
