Frontman leaves Addicks by mutual consent
Striker Izale McLeod has left League One club Charlton Athletic by mutual consent.
The 26-year-old forward was signed by the Addicks for £1.1million from MK Dons back in August 2007, but he had a frustrating season at the Valley last term.
McLeod only made 14 appearances for Charlton, finding the back of the net on just three occasions.
He spent the second half of the campaign on loan at Peterborough, but injury restricted him to just four appearances.
The former Derby youngster will now be on the lookout for a new club.
