Alvaro Arbeloa, Jonathan Calleri and Gokhan Tore have all left West Ham.
Defender Arbeloa joined the Hammers on a free transfer last summer following his release from European champions Real Madrid, signing a one-year deal at London Stadium.
However, the Spain World Cup winner featured just four times for West Ham, with his last appearance coming back in December in the 5-1 home defeat to Arsenal.
Forward Calleri returns to Uruguayan parent club Deportivo Maldonado following the conclusion of his season-long loan, having scored one goal in 19 appearances.
Winger Tore featured only eight times after suffering a season-ending knee injury in October and returns to parent club Besiktas following the end of his loan deal.
West Ham have also confirmed youngsters Sam Howes, Sam Ford, Kyle Knoyle and Sam Westley will not be offered new contracts.
