Brentford 3-0 Wolves: Dean Smith and Kenny Jackett reaction

Wolves boss Kenny Jackett says his struggling side urgently need to find resolve and character if they are to turn their season around, admitting there is "no magic formula".
Wolves crashed to their third successive league defeat on Tuesday night after going down 3-0 at Brentford and they are now without a win in seven games.
That run has seen Jackett's men slump to 15th in the standings and the manager admits they did not deserve to get anything from their trip to Griffin Park.
He said: "We had a couple of good shots and the front two looked like they could get in but as it went on Brentford got more on top and deserved their win.
"We lacked confidence and didn't do enough to be able to get close to them so it was a deserved loss for us."
He added of his side's plight, with the relegation zone now as close in terms of points as the play-off spots: "The games come thick and fast and we need to make it more competitive and closer than today because by the end they were three goals better than us.
"It wasn't a good feeling on the side and we didn't get anything out of the game. We have difficult games coming up and need to find resolve and character to change things around.
"We have negative momentum... the players have to work hard and scrap some results out but there's no magic formula."
It started brightly for Wolves but after two early attempts on goal, Brentford began to assert their superiority and ran out comfortable winners.
A John Swift double either side of Sergi Canos' angled drive ensured the Bees of their first win in four matches and left head coach Dean Smith a happy man.
He said: "It was a really good performance matched by the result and a clean sheet, too. We wanted to start on the front foot with three ball carriers and I thought we did that."
Smith also feels the win will boost confidence in his side ahead of Saturday's trip to strugglers Rotherham.
"We have conceded sloppy goals in previous weeks from our point of view so this will give the lads a lot of confidence. We won't rest on our laurels, though, because it's tough every week in this league," said Smith, who also hailed the contributions of centre-back Harlee Dean and Irish midfielder Alan Judge.
Smith said: "Harlee was tremendous at the back but I thought we looked dangerous every time we came forward too. Judgey is having a great season so if (Republic of Ireland manager) Martin O'Neill wants to call me I'll tell him he should be on that plane to France.
"We were very good today against a side in a similar place to ourselves. Wolves are going through a run of results and things aren't going for them but I am sure they will turn it round."
