Burnley boss Sean Dyche has been named the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month for February.
The Clarets surged to the top of the Championship, with Dyche leading his side to four victories in six unbeaten games in February, including a 1-0 win over then-leaders Hull City at the start of the month.
He said: "It's great to be recognised for the good run we've been on. We've got a great group of staff and a great group of players, so this is for them, too."
Bristol City defender Aden Flint claimed the Sky Championship Player of the Month award.
Flint impressed at both ends of the pitch by preserving three clean sheets and heading home from three corners in wins over Ipswich Town and Nottingham Forest.
Flint said: "It's been a great month for the team and I'm sure the goals I managed to score will have played a part in the award."
Wigan Athletic manager Gary Caldwell landed the February award for Sky Bet League One.
A run of three wins and a draw lifted Wigan into the automatic promotion places, with the Latics conceding just once.
"The key thing now is for us to maintain our consistency as we move to the crucial last few weeks of the season," Caldwell said. "We have to keep 100 per cent focused on reaching our target of promotion."
Millwall goalkeeper Jordan Archer picked up the player award for the Sky Bet League One.
He was the last line in a Millwall defence which conceded just three goals in five games and also spectacularly headed over a Mark Beevers backpass against Peterborough United.
Archer said: "It's very pleasing to have my own form recognised in this way but the award is really for my team-mates, the manager and the rest of the coaching staff for their great work in the past few weeks."
Northampton Town manager Chris Wilder took the honours in Sky Bet League Two.
The Cobblers won five and drew one of their six games in February to maintain their push towards promotion and the League Two title
Wilder said: "February was a hectic schedule for us as a football club. On and off the pitch we achieved great results in that period.
"We had some tough games against teams in and around us, there was a lot of travelling as well, so it is testament to the preparation from everybody, the coaching staff and the professionalism of the players that we got the results we did."
York City striker Bradley Fewster got the vote for Player of the Month in Sky Bet League Two after scoring five goals in as many games.
Fewster said: "It's was the first month since I'd joined club where I was played upfront on a regular basis and I think I proved with the goals I scored it's my preferred position.
"I was always confident I could score at this level and I'm just happy I've been able to show that."
