Newly-promoted Championship side Huddersfield Town have signed Norwich City striker James Vaughan on loan until the end of the season.
Vaughan, 24, joined the Canaries from Everton last summer but made only five Premier League appearances in an injury-hit debut season at Carrow Road.
New boss Chris Hughton wants him to go out and play regular football after falling down the pecking order.
The ex-England Under-21 international could make his debut in Town's home game against Burnley on Saturday.
Determined
"He is a different type of striker to the ones we currently have and crucially he has plenty of pace," said Terriers boss Simon Grayson.
"He is a determined character with a high work-rate and he is a player with something to prove."
Vaughan became the youngest Premier League scorer in 2005 when he netted on his Toffees debut against Crystal Palace aged 16 years and 271 days.
But he has suffered a torrid time with injuries over the past seven years, making just 44 competitive starts, including games during loan spells with Derby County, Leicester City and Crystal Palace in the Championship.
Grayson added: "He has had some problems with injuries in the past but he has had a good pre-season behind him and comes to us fully fit.
"We have agreed a sensible deal with Norwich to protect us and I look forward to working with James over the coming months."
