Championship stars quizzed ahead of biggest Football League season on Sky Sports

Which two clubs are the furthest distance apart in the Championship? Who is the longest-serving manager in the division? Which team used to play at Millmoor?
Sky Sports has warmed up for our biggest-ever season of Sky Bet Football League coverage by quizzing players and managers on their knowledge on the Championship.
The 2015/16 campaign will see Sky Sports show more matches than ever before - 127 live fixtures including the play-offs and three finals from Wembley.
From Blackburn to Burnley, Middlesbrough to Nottingham Forest, we will show 20 of the Sky Bet Championship clubs by the start of October.
It all gets under way on Friday, August 7 with Brighton against Forest, followed by Leeds v Burnley on August 8 and Preston v Middlesbrough on August 9.
To get in the mood for the new campaign we tested the knowledge of some Championship players and managers, including Brentford boss Marinus Dijkhuizen and MK Dons manager Karl Robinson.
