BRADFORD have recalled Isaiah Rankin from his loan spell at Birmingham, after Dean Saunders` hamstring injury left them short of attacking options.
The Bantams striker originally joined Birmingham in January and has made 13 performances for The Blues scoring four goals.
Paul Jewell is likely to include the diminutive frontman, who cost £1.3 million from Arsenal in the summer of 1998, in his squad for Saturday`s game against Southampton.
Rankin becomes the second of Trevor Francis` loan signings to leave St Andrews early, after injury forced Michael Carrick`s premature return to West Ham.
Francis is now short of manpower up-front for Saturday`s game, with Peter Ndlovu also unavailable due to international commitments.
