West Brom manager Tony Pulis has called on his side to raise their game when they travel to Tottenham on Monday Night Football.

Pulis was disappointed by Albion's laboured display on their last visit to north London, when they were beaten 2-0 by Arsenal on Thursday night.

The Baggies boss believes he may have made mistakes in the preparation for that match and conceded his side deserved nothing from the match.

And Pulis believes West Brom will have to up their game for the Sky Live clash against title-chasing Spurs, who have to win to keep their hopes of becoming English champions for the first time in 54 years alive.

"That was our most disappointing performance - Arsenal deserved to win because we looked flat," Pulis said, reflecting on the midweek result.

"We didn't do very well on Thursday - we have to dust ourselves down and put a performance in on Monday."

Although Pulis has confirmed he would like to see Leicester win the league, he is also an admirer of Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino.

"White Hart Lane is one of my favourite grounds," he added. "It's a fantastic stadium with a great atmosphere.

"Everything to do with the club is first class. I enjoy taking teams there and we need to make sure we are up for it.

"I've said before that I would love to see Leicester win the League but if not then I'm also happy with Tottenham. It's great for football that there will be a different team picking up the trophy this year."
