West Bromwich Albion name Jonathan Gould as goalkeeping coach

West Brom manager Tony Pulis has named Jonathan Gould as goalkeeping coach at The Hawthorns.
The 46-year-old will replace Dean Kiely, who left the club last month.
Carlo Nash, who played under Pulis when he was Stoke boss, was also considered for the role.
But the coaching experience of ex-Preston and Celtic keeper Gould, the son of former Wales and Wimbledon manager Bobby, won through and he will return to the UK after a spell with A-League side Wellington Phoenix.
Albion's professional development phase goalkeeping coach Mark Naylor reverts to his previous role working with young keepers at the club.
Director of football administration Richard Garlick told the club's official site: "This is no reflection on the job Mark has done.
"He has really stepped up and done a sterling job and has shown all the attributes we were always confident he possessed.
"I know from talking to Tony that he, too, has been really impressed with him but he's obviously recruited a more experienced coach in Jonathan."
